Always held on the fourth, we invite you to come celebrate America’s independence day with us and enjoy the “fire artists” display, food vendors, and a select few arts & crafts vendors! The Celebration is held on the Community Center grounds, directly across the road from where the spectacular fireworks will be set off over the River. We are betting our vendors and food trucks will be set up and operational by noon – but they have the choice to wait until 3 p.m. and it is also their choice as to when to close down. Most food vendors will stay until after the fireworks crowd has thinned down – but don’t bet your hunger on that!
Don’t forget to come early for the annual MULLET TOSS sponsored by the Steinhatchee Projects Board. Always a fun, slippery time!
Please make plans to join us again this year! (Hint: this is our “high season” and accommodations sell out fast so reserve ahead!) Fireworks are visible from just about anywhere in town, on either side of the river. They are amazingly good and we can’t thank KYNEX enough for bringing the BEST of the BEST to our little village.
