Arts & Crafts Vendors

Vendor spaces for the 17th Annual Fiddler Crab Festival (February 14-16, 2025) are by invitation only!

If you are interested in applying for a vendor space, please send an email to steinhatcheevendors@gmail.com and include your contact information (email and cellular phone) and a photo of what you sell. If accepted, the Vendor Coordinator will email you an application and vendor waiver.

Please note: our prices have changed! This fee increase DOES NOT impact the vendors who prepaid for the 2025 Festival.

Beer & Wine Garden

The Cowboys for kids will once again be bringing their own brand of sass to the beer garden. They'll keep your whistle wet and your beverage cold! Remember to "tip the boot" generously; ALL (100%) of the tips are given to the local children's' organizations. We love and appreciate the Cowboys for Kids, SASS (Single Action Shooting Society)!

Boon Docking - New This Year!

Many of our rental homes were wiped out or severely damaged by the recent hurricanes. The County has generously permitted us to use the overflow parking for their public ramp for boon docking. At only $25/night, it is a favorable option among our RV'ers. However, we are limited to the FIRST 20 people to sign up, so be sure to get your reservation done soon. Reservations are ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE: https://form.jotform.com/250195827265160. The only amenities provided will be port alets, handwash stations, and a dumpster for your garbage. Please be kind to those around you, and to our boat ramp neighbors.

Breakfast

The American Legion will be serving up a hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday at the Community Center. Come early - they sell out quickly!

Fireworks

KYNEX will once again be doing fireworks. Fireworks on both Friday and Saturday evening (February 14-15, 2025)! What a great way to introduce our headline bands for the evening!

Food Vendors

ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE BY INVITATION ONLY.

All food vendor spaces were filled at the end of the 2024 Festival. However, this year (February 14-16, 2025) we may have opportunity to add a couple more spaces. The Festival is expanding and we do not have the details worked out quite yet. If you have an interest in becoming a food vendor, please send an email to steinhatcheevendors@gmail.com. In the email, include contact information (email, business name, cell phone number) and a copy of your menu and photos of our food/display.

Also, please note that food vendor prices have increased to $400. This rate increase DOES NOT affect those who prepaid. This ONLY pertains to those vendors who have not yet paid and all those signing up for 2025 and future events.

Schools, this is a great opportunity for your clubs and organizations to bring about awareness and school pride - be sure to put it on your calendars (February 15th, 2025).
