Arts & Crafts Vendors

Vendor spaces for the 18th Annual Fiddler Crab Festival (February 13-15, 2026) are by invitation only!

If you are interested in applying for a vendor space, please send an email to steinhatcheevendors@gmail.com and include your contact information (email and cellular phone) and a photo of what you sell. If accepted, the Vendor Coordinator will email you an application and vendor waiver.

2026 Vendor Prices are as follows:

Non-profit $50
Arts & Crafts $200
Arts & Crafts with Electricity $225
Food Vendors $400

Beer & Wine Garden

Check back later for updated information. As always, we appreciate the Cowboys for Kids for all they do to make our event successful and support the kids in our community! We look forward to the "roundup" in 2026.

Breakfast

The American Legion will be most likely be serving up a hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday at the Community Center. Stay tuned for the 2026 menu.

Fireworks

KYNEX will once again be doing fireworks. Fireworks on both Friday and Saturday evening (February 13-14, 2026)! Always a magical time and always a Fiddler Crab Festival favorite.

Food Vendors

ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE BY INVITATION ONLY.

All food vendor spaces were filled at the end of the 2025 Festival. If you have an interest in becoming a food vendor and being placed on a wait-list (in case of a cancellation), please send an email to steinhatcheevendors@gmail.com. In the email, include contact information (email, business name, cell phone number) and a copy of your menu and photos of our food/display.

Parade

You just never know what you might see at the Fiddler Crab Festival parade! Fill out the application (or just show up) and join us for a fun time! (Click for a pdf application to print.) Schools, this is a great opportunity for your clubs and organizations to bring about awareness and school pride - be sure to put it on your calendars (February 14th, 2026).
